Dimensional Measurements
We have a fully equipped machine park to ensure accurate and reliable controls in various industrial sectors
CMM Machines
Coordinate Measuring Machines with fixed head and indexed head portals, which allow the measurement of parts of various sizes, from very small to very large, thanks to a maximum volume of 3000x1200x1000 mm.
The wide range of probes allows us to detect even complex dimensions, minimizing measurement uncertainty. The experience and professionalism of our operators ensure certain results and short inspection times.
7-Axis Anthropomorphic Arms
Portable instruments enable measurements to be performed both in the lab and at the customer’s site. The high mobility of the scanner allows for the acquisition of points that are difficult to reach with traditional measuring tools, capturing even the most challenging elements while maintaining excellent levels of precision. The extended operating distance and wide scan line allow for quick acquisition of even large surfaces.
The system’s automatic exposure adjustment enables the scanning
of different surface types simultaneously, without compromising accuracy or slowing down data acquisition.
The surfaces to be scanned and digitized are acquired in the form accurately describing and reproducing every detail of the scanned object.
The interchangeability of the sensor then allows for quickly switching from laser scanning acquisition mode to contact measurement mode.
Wireless Measurement Systems
Wireless measurement solutions extend the measurement range and solve problems of freedom of movement. Handheld laser tracking devices allow for easy access to hard-to-reach points, overcoming visibility issues.
Wi-Fi laser scanning systems guarantee total freedom of movement, allowing access to hidden areas and viewing inside deep cavities, without visual interference limitations. Dynamic scanning features ensure high-quality 3D scans and perfect measurement results without the need for component fixation.
The ease of use and high mobility make this the ideal technology for scanning large elements or particularly delicate ones, as well as for repetitive scans.
Optical Machines
The combination of video and contact probes guarantees a complete part characterization, offering maximum
accuracy in shorter times compared to using separate measurement systems.
Ideal for both single measurements and large batches, thanks to measurement programs capable of recognizing objects and automating the capture of points of interest.
High-resolution cameras allow for measuring with a high degree of precision even particularly sensitive and deformable components such as injection-molded parts, sheets, punched and bent pieces, gaskets, and electronic boards.
Tomography
Computed tomography (CT) technology enables the analysis of a component’s internal structure. Among the main applications of this technology are non-destructive defect analysis, three-dimensional geometric analysis, and functional analysis.
CT scanning makes it possible to detect internal defects in the object, such as porosity, cracks, and inclusions, whether macroscopic or microscopic.
Geometric and functional analyses, finally, help to reconstruct the structure of the component, make comparisons between objects, and evaluate potential assembly criticalities of various components.
Bench Control Instruments
Profilometer, roughness testers, micrometers, threaded and smooth gauges, and large other bench measuring instruments complete our equipment park, allowing for a wide range of measurement choices.
