Controllo Qualità srl, in collaboration with Bologna 3D, welcomes you to the 21st edition of MECSPE, the biggest event dedicated to innovations for the manufacturing industry, held at BolognaFiere from March 29 to 31. Featuring 13 exhibition halls that will involve thousands of visitors – 39.348 in the 2022 edition. 3ntr 3D printers
3ntr develops accurate and reliable 3D printing systems for industrial use, with a special focus on the individual client’s needs. The engineering and technical team responsible for the printers’ design aims to provide clients with a perfect tool with which they can produce and prototype with the utmost confidence and freedom. 3ntr printers do not force choices on the client, instead they offer the best solution to take advantage of 3D printing with the maximum freedom to monitor and manage any project.
Spectral: 3D printing at peak performance
Spectral is equipped with such development and temperature control systems as to ensure the printing of ultra-high performance super-polymers such as Peek Peak, Ultem, PPS. Exceptional results in both function and aesthetics, thanks also to kinematics control. Four VENTO units are located in Spectral in order to manage the filament drying using the least amount of energy, while protecting it from all kinds of contamination. This is a 3D printer that delivers top thermal performance using high-performance polymers: it reaches room temperatures for Ultem in less than 30 minutes while the nozzles can meet temperatures for PEEK in less than 3 minutes. A user-friendly operator panel allows full control over the features of the SPECTRAL 30 printing system. Its built-in webcam enables remote monitoring of the machine.
A2: large format and printing freedom
A2 is the perfect 3D printer for large-format additive manufacturing, thanks to its 600x325x500 mm printing volume. You can choose how to take advantage of your available space without any constraints: it can 3D print large components or hundreds of small parts. Its stainless sheet metal and highly durable components can assure reliable and consistent 24/7 performances. Thanks to its active chamber heating and its 3 extruders, A2 prints different kinds of polymer and can do it even for extended periods of time. The extruders’ temperature, indeed, is maintained consistent by a liquid cooling system. A2 prints ABS, ASA, PCABS, PA, TPU with an excellent dimensional stability. Its working temperature can be set up to 90°C, constant from zero to 500 mm high. Thanks to its removable carbon tray you will have no need to use any chemical separating agent. Once room temperature is reached, prints will come off by themselves.
A4: versatile, powerful and compact
Highly versatile, A4 printer is perfect for both research and development labs and large multinational companies as well as small professional studios. Made of stainless sheet metal and high-strength parts for reliable and consistent 24/7 performances, the A4 3D printer allows you to focus your efforts on production while avoiding any grueling calibration tasks. Thanks to its active room heating and its 3 extruders, A4 can print different kinds of polymer and can keep doing so for hundreds of hours. All of this is thanks to a working temperature adjustable up to 90°C, consistent from 0 to 200 mm in height. Its extruders can reach 250°C in just 40 seconds, and their temperature can be kept consistent by a liquid cooling system.
Sequoia
Sequoia is a large format hot room 3d printer. It features a printing area of 1.200×1.100×900 mm, which allows monolithic parts to be made with no cutting or post-production assembly. Sequoia will be able to use those same materials as smaller 3D printers, such as A2 and A4 models. This machine is equipped with 6 VENTO dryers so that materials are always ready to be printed, even for extensive production runs.
