DIMENSIONAL CONTROLS

There are multiple advantages; outsourcing allows access to a range of inspection equipment that not everyone has. Our clients rely on us to reduce the need for specialized resources within their quality departments, allowing them to allocate existing personnel to higher value-added activities. Flexibility and reduced inspection times are key strengths of our service model. We can carry out supplier audits, inspect samples, and support customers remotely through offline programming on metrology software.

The execution time is managed through detailed job scheduling, ensuring short and customized lead times based on each client’s specific needs.

Our extensive range of inspection equipment allows us to measure from small parts to large fabricated structures.

Dimensional inspections are performed in accordance with drawing specifications, following sampling plans or inspection protocols required by the client.

Inspections are carried out by a team of specialized technicians, coordinated by a dedicated project manager who monitors the various verification phases and constantly updates the client.

ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

Freedom of design, customization, a wide range of materials and technologies, and fast production times are just some of the key advantages of additive manufacturing. It allows for rapid customization based on production and design requirements, as well as the easy creation of individual prototypes for testing. Internal lattice structures can also be produced to enhance performance, reduce weight, and minimize overall dimensions.

The production time depends solely on the machine hours required to manufacture the part. In some cases, just a few hours are enough; in others, it may take 2 to 5 working days

Thanks to the variety of technologies that Controllo Qualità Srl has at its disposal, there are no major limitations. Polymers, composite super-polymers, and metals are the main materials we can prototype using both 3D printing and mechanical machining from solid materials. We are able to create complete and functional prototypes including mechanical and electronic mechanisms.

Prototypes are created with our 3D printers using various technologies, mechanical machining from solid materials, and series production. Surface finishes and assemblies are carried out by our specialized technicians. Our prototypes are optimized and checked thanks to our internal metrological laboratory.

All prototypes, from optimization to the realization of the finished component, are overseen by a dedicated project manager who coordinates the various departments to ensure compliance with product specifications and delivery timelines.
